The automatic frame and fuel tank cleaning system is a specialized device designed to automatically clean internal stains (such as oil, sediment, rust, and old coatings) from fuel tanks on vehicles like automobiles and construction machinery. It is widely used in automotive manufacturing, repair and renovation, and used car maintenance. Its core advantage lies in its efficient, precise, and stable cleaning process achieved through automated control, significantly improving cleaning quality and efficiency while reducing labor costs and intensity.

Design ideas
The tank-type internal wall cleaning system is equipped with a three-dimensional rotating nozzle, providing 360-degree cleaning without blind spots, ensuring maximum cleaning results.
Based on cleaning requirements, the main equipment flow rate is set at 50 liters per minute, with a single pump station supplying two cleaning stations.
The cleaning medium is high-pressure warm water at a temperature of 40-60°C, which optimizes cleaning results.
To ensure cleaning efficiency, the entire cleaning system features two pump stations and four cleaning stations.
A diaphragm suction pump with a displacement of 3 cubic meters per hour is installed to address post-cleaning wastewater.
The wastewater filtration system features a two-stage magnetic filter to absorb debris, rust, and other debris.
The entire system utilizes a PLC variable frequency drive for maximum automation.
System Overview
The entire system integrates high-pressure hot water cleaning, a heating device, a three-dimensional cleaning mechanism, a diaphragm pump, and a filtration system (multi-stage filtration), encompassing its functional design, structure, performance, and configuration.
The cleaning actuator is a three-dimensional cleaning nozzle with 360° rotation.
The entire control system utilizes a PLC variable frequency drive, enabling control, protection, and sensing of all aspects during operation.
The hot water heating system utilizes a 60kW electric heating tank, maintaining a constant 60°C water temperature.
The pumping station operates at 50L/min, with a rated pressure of 160kg, and a single pumping station power of 15kW. The entire system is equipped with a master control cabinet.
