In the automatic feeding stage, the equipment adopts stable conveying and positioning structure, which automatically transports recycled empty ton barrels to the cleaning station, realizing accurate clamping and positioning, avoiding manual handling errors, and improving overall production continuity. The outer wall cleaning process targets dust, mud, oil stains and surface attachments on the outer surface of IBC tanks. Through multi-directional high-pressure water jet washing, it completely cleans the barrel surface without dead corners, removing external dirt and ensuring neat appearance of the ton barrels.

For internal heavy pollution residues, the production line is equipped with an independent alkaline liquid inner wall cleaning module. The high-efficiency alkaline cleaning liquid fully dissolves and decomposes stubborn grease, chemical adhesives, residual slurry and viscous materials attached to the inner wall of the barrel. With circulating spray and impact cleaning, it thoroughly strips aged residues that cannot be removed by ordinary water washing, realizing preliminary deep decontamination of the inner cavity.
After alkaline cleaning, the secondary high-pressure water rinsing procedure thoroughly flushes residual lye, floating dirt and loose impurities inside the barrel. The high-flow and high-pressure water impact completely cleans the inner wall, bottom and dead corners of the ton barrel, effectively avoiding secondary pollution caused by residual cleaning agents and ensuring the inner wall is clean and residue-free, meeting the basic sanitary requirements of material reloading.
To achieve high-standard disinfection and deodorization, the line is equipped with a professional steam fumigation system. High-temperature steam penetrates every corner of the barrel inner cavity, which can effectively kill bacteria, microorganisms and mold, volatilize residual peculiar smell and trace volatile substances left in the barrel after long-term use. It realizes deep disinfection and decontamination, making the cleaned IBC barrels suitable for food-grade and high-purity chemical material packaging scenarios.

Different from ordinary single cleaning equipment, our IBC cleaning line is equipped with a core pressure holding and leakage testing process after cleaning and disinfection. The system conducts closed inflation and pressure holding detection on the cleaned ton barrels, accurately checking for tiny cracks, hole leakage, sealing strip aging and interface leakage problems. Unqualified leaking barrels will be screened out in real time, effectively avoiding material leakage and safety hazards in subsequent use, and ensuring 100% safety of recycled barrels.
