350bar ~ 500bar: Shut-off high pressure gun

Above 500bar: Overflow type high pressure gun

Engineered for heavy-duty high pressure water blasting applications. The shut-off gun cuts off water flow directly when trigger released. The overflow model adopts overflow structure to protect gun body and high pressure pump under ultra-high pressure working condition, avoiding pressure surge damage.

Pressure Classification

✅ 350bar – 500bar: Shut-off High Pressure Gun This shut-off high pressure gun features direct cut-off design. Once you release the trigger, the water outlet will shut off immediately. It is simple to operate, fast on/off response. Suitable for medium-high pressure cleaning tasks, convenient for intermittent operation.

✅ 500bar – 3000bar: Overflow Type High Pressure Gun For ultra high pressure over 500bar, we adopt overflow structure high pressure gun. When the trigger is closed, the medium flows back through the overflow channel instead of full shutoff. This design prevents sharp pressure spike that may damage high pressure pump, hoses and gun assembly. It greatly improves system safety and service life under ultra-high pressure blasting work.
