Recently, a delegation of Brazilian clients visited Zhengzhou Guangyuan Cleaning Equipment Co., Ltd. for an on-site inspection. Our sales and technical team accompanied the whole visit, focusing on the demonstration and technical communication of high-pressure cleaning machines specially designed for plate heat exchangers, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
The clients came for an in-depth understanding of plate heat exchanger cleaning working conditions, machine pressure & flow configuration, cleaning efficiency, operation and maintenance costs, as well as adaptability for local sites in South America. In our assembly workshop, our technical engineers introduced the overall structure of the PHE cleaning machine, high-pressure pump selection, pressure regulating system, pipeline layout and safety protection design. Live machine testing was carried out to show the excellent cleaning performance of high-pressure water jet on scale, oil sludge and sediment between heat exchanger plates.

During the discussion session, both sides exchanged views on regional distribution and project supporting bulk orders. Preliminary agreements were reached on technical documents, prototype testing and quotation follow-up.
