Glass-lined reactors are made by lining the inner surface of a steel container with glass containing high silicon dioxide. After high-temperature burning, they are firmly attached to the metal surface. They are often used in petrochemical, rubber, dye, pharmaceutical and other industries to complete sulfonation, nitration, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonization and other processes.

 

During the long-term use of glass-lined reactors, there will be residue inside the reactor. In order to improve the service life of the reactor and the safety and quality of the products produced, the inside of the reactor needs to be cleaned regularly.
