During our use, what should we do if we encounter a high pressure washer with low effluent pressure or no pressure at all?
1. The high-pressure washer cleans the inlet filter with air, and the air in the inlet filter should be exhausted to ensure the output standard outlet pressure.
2. The high-pressure nozzle of the high-pressure washer is seriously worn, and the excessive wear of the high-pressure nozzle will affect the outlet pressure of the equipment, and the new nozzle should be replaced in time.
3. The leakage phenomenon of high and low pressure water seal and inlet and outlet check valve of the high-pressure washer causes the working pressure to become low, and these accessories should be replaced in time.
4. The insufficient inlet flow of the access equipment leads to insufficient water flow, resulting in insufficient output pressure. Sufficient inlet water flow should be supplied in time to solve the problem of reduced outlet pressure.
5. The internal failure of the high-pressure pump is weak, the wearing parts are worn, and the water flow rate is reduced; The internal pipeline of the equipment is blocked, and the water flow is too small, resulting in too low working pressure.
6. The high-pressure pipe and filter device are kinked, bent or damaged, resulting in poor water flow and insufficient outlet pressure, which should be repaired in time.
The outlet pressure of the high-pressure washer will directly affect the normal use of the washer, once this happens, we timely troubleshoot the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the high-pressure washer.
