Equipped with high-pressure 3D rotary spray heads, closed-loop water recirculation, PLC+HMI intelligent control and stainless steel frame construction, it completes conveying, internal & external washing, rinsing and optional drying in one streamlined workflow. It effectively removes chemical residues, oil stains and viscous deposits, lowers labor cost and cross-contamination risk. Customizable for chemical, food, pharmaceutical, coating and lubricant industries, this IBC cleaning line delivers stable, hygienic cleaning results for your reusable IBC totes.

IBC Container Automatic Cleaning Line delivers exceptional penetrating power, capable of effortlessly stripping away stubborn, dried-on, or encrusted residues from the container walls. Flow rate determines the "impact mass" of the water jet; at a constant pressure, a higher flow rate translates to greater impact force. The 50 Lpm flow rate creates a wider cleaning coverage area, ensuring that once dirt and residues are dislodged, they are rapidly flushed away. For materials commonly encountered in the chemical industry-such as acrylic resins, emulsions, paints, and adhesives-the 180-bar pressure reserve guarantees a "one-touch clean" result, even under the most demanding operating conditions.

The IBC Container Automatic Cleaning Line effectively breaks down viscous residues (such as chemical raw materials, food pastes, lubricants, etc.) on the inner wall of the IBC tote tank. The high flow rate of 50L/min quickly flushes away the loosened dirt, preventing secondary adhesion. Combined with a dedicated IBC rotary cleaning nozzle, the high-pressure water jet can cover all corners, welds, and other hard-to-reach areas inside the tank with 360° coverage, resulting in a cleaning effect far superior to manual scrubbing or low-pressure cleaning equipment.
