The 200bar 130L/min Air preheater (air preheater) cleaning Hydro Jetting Machine is a kind of equipment specially used for cleaning air preheaters in boilers and industrial furnaces. Water is pressurized to extremely high pressure by a high-pressure pump, and then sprayed out through a special nozzle to form a high-speed water flow, which impacts the dirt on the surface of the air preheater and peels it off. According to calculations, when the air preheater is operating normally, the combustion air temperature can be increased by 10°C, the theoretical combustion temperature of the furnace can be increased by 3-4°C, the exhaust gas temperature can be reduced by 10°C, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler can be increased by 0.7%.

However, a large amount of coal ash contained in the boiler flue gas will accumulate in the heat storage element of the air preheater after long-term use, which is easy to block ash and scale, affecting the normal operation efficiency of the boiler system. The thermal resistance of ash accumulation is very large, which is dozens of times that of metal materials. If there is ash accumulation on the surface of the heat transfer element, the heat transfer efficiency of the air preheater will decrease, and in severe cases it will reach more than 40%, resulting in a large amount of useful energy waste. Moreover, the presence of ash accumulation increases the flue gas resistance and the exhaust gas temperature, which becomes a hidden danger to the safe operation of the boiler. The heat transfer element of the air preheater is compactly designed. Due to the deposition of ash, the flow area is greatly reduced. After a period of operation, the ash accumulation problem becomes more and more serious. When the blockage is serious, the power plant cannot operate normally. Therefore, it must be cleaned in time to improve production efficiency. At this time, choose the appropriate time to clean the air preheater with high-pressure water jets to restore the air preheater to its designed working condition and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
