Pipeline and Pipe Cleaning: The system is capable of cleaning pipelines, removing scale, debris, blockages, and encrustations, ensuring optimal flow and preventing clogging.

The typical process of cleaning a spiral heat exchanger with a high-pressure cleaner includes the following steps:

**a. Preparation phase**: Close the heat exchanger water inlet valve and drain valve to ensure that the internal pressure of the heat exchanger is balanced. Connect the high-pressure cleaner to the power supply and water source, start the equipment, and check whether all components are working properly.

**b. Water inlet phase**: Inject clean water into the high-pressure pump through the water inlet filter on the equipment.

**c. Pressurized cleaning**: Start the high-pressure pump and pressurize the water to the set pressure. The operator holds a high-pressure spray gun and selects a suitable nozzle according to the structural characteristics of the heat exchanger to perform high-pressure jet cleaning on the inner and outer walls of the heat exchanger.

**d. Discharge phase**: After cleaning, open the heat exchanger drain valve to discharge the sewage generated by cleaning.

**e. Clean water flushing**: In order to ensure the cleanliness of the inside of the heat exchanger, use clean water to flush the heat exchanger to flush out the remaining dirt.

**f. End phase**: Turn off the power supply of the high-pressure pump and stop cleaning. Clean up the site and pack up the equipment.
